Content pane has no right padding in Opera 9.x (at least under Mac and Linux) -
A text-indent trick is used to hide header text. it causes the page to be as wide as indent (around 2000px) in IE7 - The external link icon does not work correctly (except Safari and probably Konquerer). This is a known problem with right to left text.
